Dr. Omri Ayalon is a board certified and fellowship-trained Orthopedic Surgeon who specializes in the upper extremity, particularly of the shoulder, elbow, forearm, wrist, hand and fingers focusing on nerve surgery, reconstructive procedures and trauma injuries. He is the Co-Founder of Center for Amputation Reconstruction at NYU Langone, and provides expert care for patients with limb loss by utilizing the most advanced surgical and prosthetic technologies. Dr. Ayalon's passion stems from “...helping my patients improve their quality of life and returning them to their activities.” To maximize patient care and the recovery process he personally works with each patient, and often collaborates with his colleagues in physical and occupational therapy, nursing, neurology, internal medicine, and plastic surgery to achieve the best possible outcome.
