Dr. Roheen Raithatha is a board certified Otolaryngologist (ENT). He specializes in both medical and surgical treatments of sinus and nasal conditions, including: snoring, nasal obstruction, epistaxis, acute and chronic sinusitis, nasal allergies, deviated nasal septum, enlarged turbinates, endoscopic orbital surgery and repair of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leaks, and sinonasal and skull base tumors. Dr. Raithatha is among the first in the NYC area to offer a breakthrough medical implant, called Propel, for patients suffering from chronic sinusitis. The implant is placed in the ethmoid sinus following surgery, decreasing scarring and inflammation, and reducing the need for additional surgical procedures as well as potential side effects from taking oral steroids.
