Dr. Westreich specializes in septoplasty, primary and secondary/reconstructive rhinoplasty as well as facelifts, and eyelid surgery. Dr. Westreich was selected multiple times by Castle Connolly and New York magazine as one of the top doctors in facial plastic surgery. He is a past president of the New York Facial Plastic Surgery Society. He serves on the review board of the American Journal of Rhinology, is a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, the American Academy of Otolaryngologists, the New York Facial Plastic Surgery Society, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is active in the American Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery and serves on several committees. He has been a presenter at numerous medical meetings and a course instructor for the AAFPRS. Dr. Westreich is recognized as an expert in his field and has authored numerous articles for peer-reviewed journals on the topics of Septoplasty and complex Rhinoplasty techniques, as well as the surgical correction of the deviated nose. He is the originator of the innovative Foundation Rhinoplasty™ technique, a closed method of surgery that is utilized to straighten noses in people who have nasal septal deviations and/or facial asymmetries.
