Brad Gilden is a Physical Therapist who specializes in degenerative cascade - the continuous suffering from dysfunction that leads to chronic pain and inflammation from going back to what initially caused the injury (e.g. faulty posture, body mechanics or workstation). He takes the time to learn the habitual patterns of his patients to determine the root of their dysfunction that causes the pain. Brad believes that this allows him to better understand the needs of his patients and what is needed to prevent the cycle of damage that is at the root of the problem.
